Magdalena Korta-Łach
Attorney-at-law, Senior Associate
Magdalena assists clients with litigation, administrative and registration procedures. She drafts and reviews contracts, corporate resolutions and by-laws. She negotiates, represents the clients before the courts and drafts pleadings in commercial litigation. Magdalena advises clients on employment matters and drafts model contracts for them.
Magdalena works in Polish and English. She has been a member of the team of Adamczyk, Liber & Współpracownicy since 2016.
She graduated from the law faculty at the Jagiellonian University and completed the attorney training at the Cracow Bar of Attorneys-at-Law. Passed the Bar exam in March 2022.
