Personal data collected through this website are processed by the Law Firm in accordance with the provisions of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219 as amended), the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “RODO”), the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1000)

    with its business operations (scope of data: any data obtained from you) – Article 6(1)(c) RODO,
  4. to pursue a claim (the scope of personal data includes: name and surname, user’s address, user’s e-mail address, telephone number, other data provided by the user in the contact form that is necessary to pursue rights) – Article 6(1)(f) RODO,

III. Technical means

  1. The law firm takes measures to guarantee the security of the personal data of website users that it obtains and processes.
  2. Technical measures used by the Law Firm are designed to prevent unauthorized access by third parties, loss of personal data, its distortion damage or destruction.
  1. Personal data obtained and collected by the Law Firm
  1. Viewing the content published on the website does not require providing the Law Firm with any personal data. Provision of all or some of the personal data indicated in the form by the user is necessary in order for the user to receive the Law Firm’s newsletter and for the user to establish contact and cooperation with the Law Firm.
  2. Through the contact form on the website, the law firm collects personal data, which is provided to it by the user. This data can also be provided to it by the user by sending an email, text message, instant messaging message or during a phone call.

  1. The personal data requested by the Law Firm in the course of recruitment processes is only the data specified by the labor law as those that an employer may request from a job candidate.
  2. In the case of obtaining personal data in a broader scope as a result of voluntary submission by the person participating in the recruitment process, it will be assumed that the candidate consents to the processing of such personal data solely for the purpose of recruitment.
  3. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations related to the employment process (Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO in conjunction with the Labor Code), for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process to the extent of data not required by the Administrator (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO), and for the purpose of establishing or asserting potential claims or defenses (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO).
  1. Processing time of personal data

Personal data provided by the user will be processed by the Firm:

  1. for the period that is necessary for the performance of the contract that was concluded through the website. This period is extended for the time after the completion of the contract, in order to preserve the possibility of their processing in connection with the possible exercise by the parties of their rights under the contract or for the defense against claims of the other party, but not to exceed 10 years.
  2. until the purpose of the data processing ceases, i.e. the end of the Law Firm’s newsletter mailing,
  3. if the processing of data took place on the basis of a separate consent, and the consent to process data concerned only the recruitment process in question:
  1. until the end of the recruitment process in question or
  2. until such time as this consent is withdrawn or
  3. Until you object to the processing,
  1. if the processing of data took place on the basis of a separate consent that applied to more than one recruitment process:
  1. For one year from the date of application or
  2. until such consent is withdrawn or until you object to the processing;

  1. Your rights related to the personal data you provide to the Law Firm include the right to:
  1. Access to the content of your personal data,
  2. rectify or update your personal data,
  3. Delete your personal data in whole or in part,
  4. limit the processing of your personal data to certain ways,
  5. object to the way your personal data is processed,
  6. revoke at any time your consent to the processing of your personal data, provided that this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that the Law Firm previously performed on the basis of this consent,
  7. Transfer of your personal data to another controller,
  8. lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority: President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

  2. The Law Firm is obliged to respond to the user’s request without undue delay and no later than within one month of its presentation. This deadline may be extended by the Law Firm, but no more than up to two months. This may take place only in cases of great complexity or voluminousness of the case.
  3. The Law Firm is obliged to exercise due diligence by informing each entity to which it has disclosed your personal data of its rectification or deletion or the restriction of processing introduced. The Law Firm may waive this activity in case it requires disproportionate effort.

VIII. Release of personal data

  1. The law firm may transfer the personal data received from you to the following persons and entities:

  2. Collaborators,
  3. Accounting firms,
  4. Suppliers in IT services,
  5. Companies that provide marketing services,
  6. Courier companies.
  1. The law firm, providing your personal data to the entities indicated in paragraph 1, is obliged to limit the scope of the disclosed data to the necessary minimum.
  2. The law firm is entitled to transfer your personal data to public authorities if it is obliged to do so by applicable laws.
  3. The law firm may transfer your personal data to other entities and persons than those indicated in paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 only in such a way that you cannot be identified.
