For more than 10 years, Bartłomiej has designed and implemented tailored solutions for Polish and foreign businesses both in strategic projects and daily activities.
He provides complex advice on corporate law. He negotiates corporate articles and shareholders’ agreements. He completes mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations. He designs and implements complete action strategies for corporate disputes among shareholders and board members. He deals with cases involving shareholder and board member liability.
Bartłomiej also handles the legal aspects of employment optimization. He designs solutions to improve time management in companies, implements remote working and teleworking, and adapts work and pay regulations as needed by employers. He plans out and executes reorganization procedures and supervises mass redundancies and contract changes. He assists temporary work agencies, also with foreign secondments.
He consults on executive recruitment, especially on aspects of confidentiality, non-competition and liability.
In the area of transport law, Bartłomiej provides complex assistance to transport and shipping companies. He negotiates and drafts contracts for transport services, driving contracts and leases. He represents clients in litigation for goods damaged in transport and shipment delays, both under Polish law and the CMR Convention. Bartłomiej consults on employment optimization and terms of secondment of drivers for international transport. He helps carriers adapt to the changes introduced by the Mobility Package. He holds a Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Haulage/Passenger Transport.
He works in English and German.
Bartłomiej Liber is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University. He has also completed the Faculty’s School of Austrian Law co-organized with the University of Vienna and the School of German Law co-organized with the Universities of Mainz and Heidelberg.
